Terms and Conditions
In the unfortunate event you have to cancel your workshop for whatever reason, please note that we are unable to offer refunds, but if it is possible to re-let your workshop we will offer you alternative dates.
Please telephone us immediately if you have to cancel. We will always do our best to re -sell your workshop for you, but this will incur an administration fee of £50, alternatively if you can find someone to take the dates you have booked then this fee will be waived.
If cancellation is 4 weeks + prior to your workshop and we are able to re-sell your workshop you will forfeit any deposit only. Cancel within 4 weeks and you will be held responsible for the prompt payment of the full cost of your workshop.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking - however If we have to cancel your booking for any reason other than "force majeure" then we may offer you alternative dates for booking or provide a full refund if appropriate.
Ali Soper is not liable for refunds or expenses you incur in the event they are prevented from fulfilling your Booking as a result of circumstances beyond their control. Such circumstances shall include (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, health risks or such similar events ("Force Majeure").
The workshops are available on the following days:
Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays (Alternative days may be available - please contact us if required).
No restricted dates apart from Christmas day and Boxing Day and bank holidays.
