DIRECTIONS: From Totnes take the A 381 road travelling towards Kingsbridge. Take the left hand turning signposted for Ashprington. Follow the narrow country lane and take the right hand signpost towards Bow and Yetson, travel down the steep hill go over the bridge by the Watermans Arms and take the left hand turning towards the Malsters Arms.
